|Jennifer Jarman|

Starting at the age of 6, Jennifer danced on a competitive company  locally in Kansas City and nationally. Throughout her childhood she  performed in many shows at Starlight Theater, Disney World, The Royal  Caribbean, Worlds of Fun, and during halftime for the Kansas City  Chiefs. Her senior year she was awarded a scholarship at Edge PAC in  Los Angeles, CA. where she studied with artists such as Mandy Moore,  Justin Giles, Dee Caspary, Doug Caldwell, Mark Meismer, and Mia  Michaels. 

In 2010 Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts for dance, from  the University of Missouri Kansas City. She was a lead dancer in “The  Hunt” where she worked with Alvin Ailey’s Artistic Director Robert Battle.  During college she professionally performed with Seamless Dance  Theater while being awarded the “Best of Fringe” in 2011, and was  given the opportunity to travel to the Capezio A.C.E. awards. She has  also worked with dancers/choreographers from River North, Hubbard  Street, and Deeply Rooted. 

She is currently the Assistant Director at Above the Barre Dance  Academy in Lenexa, Kansas, and has been awarded numerous  choreography awards for both solos and groups. She has  choreographed for many local dance teams, which included the Kansas  State University Classy Cats, as well as numerous studios throughout  the country. 

Jennifer is married to her husband Lee with three daughters Nora, Lyra and Vega!
