|Molly Carroll|
Molly has been dancing for 20+ years and grew up training and competing in the Kansas City area, accumulating many accolades both regionally and nationally. She is trained in all styles of dance and teaches anything ranging from tap to hip hop. Molly’s favorite style of dance is contemporary, and she has been involved in multiple contemporary companies and performed professionally, but her true passion lies in choreography and her students. Molly has been involved in every corner of the dance world from teaching at LE Dance Studio the past 8 years, working for national dance competitions, and working as a Dance Team Union camp instructor. She also loves working behind the scenes for her studio designing costumes, helping seniors with their college dance team audition material, and utilizing her degree in Recording Arts by editing music for her own and other’s dances. Also, Molly combines her love of dance with her photography prowess, photographing multiple shows in the past as well as taking dance portraits.
As a highly sought-after choreographer in Kansas, she has set routines for many dance teams and studios. Her choreography has received countless awards, produced many overall wins, and has allotted multiple nominations for the Industry Dance Awards. Beyond just technical skills, Molly loves pushing her students to develop style, strength, musicality, and a strong work ethic. To quote high school basketball coach Tim Notke, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard."
